  • demonstrated experience as Training Coordinator or Facilitator or similar role
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
  • knowledge of instructional design, implementation, learning management systems and web delivery methodologies
  • experience with the full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
  • advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments
Responsibilities
  • responsible for overall experience and successful delivery of training and lab resources to the global Trellix Professional Services organization
  • assess needs, design, and implement a training program for the Global Professional Services organization
  • collaborate with Global Professional Services leaders to understand training needs along with program goals and objectives
  • manage the capability, functionality, and access to Professional Services (PS) lab resources hosted in the Trellix Maryland Office and/or within various cloud services providers
  • coordinate with Trellix’ corporate training/learning teams to maximize Professional Services use of corporate resources (e.g., Trellix Learning Center & Instructor-led training, LinkedIN Learning, Lessonly)
  • build and maintain strong relationships with the global consultants and management base
  • write and deliver technical documentation and briefings
  • capture and maintain information on consultant expertise areas, skills, abilities, and education & certification levels
  • create, manage, and maintain lab equipment configurations, software updates and licensing
  • identify deficiencies and notify management of any additional licensing requirements
  • develop and execute training plans and schedules leveraging Trellix training, third-party training, and tailored knowledge transfer sessions
  • understand, monitor, and report on certification and training requirements associated with customer engagements. Examples include DoD 8140/8570, and other industry standard certifications that may be required for consultant engagement
  • track and report on group and individual training compliance, professional certification maintenance, and continuing education requirements
  • communicate available training opportunities to the global team
  • assess effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
  • gather feedback from trainees after each educational session
  • maintain updated curricula and training record databases
  • lead train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
  • communicate and reserve lab resources as necessary to enable specific training needs and delivery options
  • preemptively notify the PS Lab user base of known and planned downtime for maintenance and upgrades
