  • 2+ years of experience working as a Sales Development or Account Executive, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • One to two years of experience with business-to-business sales over the phone
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM productivity software is a plus
  • Good verbal and telephone communication skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Must have a passion for technology, sales and be highly motivated to succeed
  • Positive attitude - no negotiation!

Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams – build relationships, prioritize tasks, and achieve milestones
  • Build rapport and trusting relationships with prospects to develop an understanding of each client's situation and convey the value of the Velocity Global services in each interaction
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals as assigned
  • Strategically overcome objections given by potential clients
  • Resolve and document each call to a lead or prospect in Salesforce
  • Make 200+ prospecting activities per day (emails, phone calls, text messages, video messaging, LinkedIn Inmails) to accounts per day, attempting to reach potential clients, prequalify them, and transfer leads over to an account executive
