  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Chem E, Mat Sci, EE, Physics, or a related discipline.
  • Academic or industry experience in semiconductor production or knowledge of semiconductor processing, device physics, and bipolar and CMOS device integration is preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are required. Applicants must be able to train, influence, and motivate coworkers with educations ranging from GED to PhD and experience ranging from new hire to SVP.
  • Thorough understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and engineering statistics
  • Capable of safely processing wafers in a cleanroom environment
  • Able to occasionally travel domestically and internationally as needed.
