Joint Interface Control Officer
Key Role:
Demonstrate expertise in Combined Joint Task Force operations and weapons kill chains and supporting technologies. Oversee the management, integration, and optimization of maritime fires systems, ensuring seamless operations in a complex maritime environment. Provide Maritime Fires planning support to fires-related events as an integrated approach. Track kill webs for new weapons as it applies to software tools of record and emerging developmental products. Provide fires requirements to software and system architecture design. Maintain Maritime Fires and other active links, webpages, and track fires software upgrades and schedules.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD)
- 3+ years of experience with maritime operations in the USINDOPACOM AOR
- 3+ years of experience working with military plans and sensor to shooter communications networks
- Experience with Maritime Fires Kill Chain and Web management
- Experience with military technologies and systems integration
- Experience with Link 16/22, VMF, USMTF, J series messages, VHF, UHF, IBS, and IP services
- Knowledge of joint and maritime fires, their coordination, and employment
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience managing data links or with joint fires, or 3+ years of experience managing data links or with joint fires in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of USINDOPACOM policy and strategy and USINDOPACOM TCP and TCO, GCPs, OPLANs, CONPLANs, and Theater Security Cooperation Plans, including linkages to parallel national interests
- Cisco and CompTIA Security+ Certifications
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
