In this role you’ll work closely with the Senior Building Support Technician to maintain a safe, clean, organized, functional and hospitable environment by providing hands-on support for the physical workplace.

About the Role

• Addressing needs and answering questions with urgency.
• Maintain functionality and appearance of the physical office by repairing furniture and equipment and replenishing kitchen and office supplies.
• Assist office reorganization and special events through furniture and equipment moves.
• Assist with processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages and provides client support in package tracking and shipment.
• Create and maintain a sense of safety and security for guests and team members while delivering unparalleled hospitality service in a professional and courteous manner.
