Responsibilities
  • Technical Product Strategy: Collaborate with the VP of Product to formulate and implement our technical product strategy, ensuring alignment with market needs and our company's growth objectives
  • Product Roadmap: Contribute to the development and management of the product roadmap, incorporating both technical and user-focused requirements
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with key internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather and prioritize technical product requirements
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring successful execution of each phase from conception to end-of-life stages
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of product development with the company's strategic goals and customer expectations
  • Product Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and making data-driven decisions to enhance product functionality and user experience
  • Sales and Customer Success Liaison: Act as a bridge between the product management team and the sales and customer success teams, ensuring product capabilities are aligned with customer needs and market demands
  • Technical Documentation: Oversee the creation and updating of comprehensive technical documentation for internal teams and customers
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct technical competitive analyses to stay informed about market trends and inform our product strategy
  • Base salary range: $163,650 - $262,512 annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills
  • Additional compensation: This role may also be eligible for performance bonuses, equity options, and other benefits which will be discussed during the interview process
