Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in client-facing healthcare consulting or healthcare recruiting roles
  • Track record of delivering results and meeting a sales quota
  • Experience working independently and being personally accountable for assigned client accounts
  • Experience presenting to large, remote and in-person audiences
  • Highly organized, able to coordinate large amounts of information across multiple projects/regions
  • Experience using Doximity Talent Finder a plus
Responsibilities
  • Manage a >1.5M BoB, owning client satisfaction & growth
  • Renew and grow existing client partnerships on an annual and ongoing basis
  • Demonstrate ability to manage and grow accounts through partnerships at scale
  • Proactively monitor product adoption and utilization trends, identify at-risk clients, and work across internal teams to address those risks
  • Leverage CRM to manage a large client base at scale through activity based triggers, automated touchpoints and campaigns
