  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
Responsibilities
  • Engage in open dialogue with business stakeholders to understand pain points regarding their workflows.
  • Document as-is and to-be processes through cooperative discussions and obtain agreement on the future vision.
  • Identify the most important features and capabilities for stakeholders and determine what it will take to satisfy them.
  • Obtain agreement on how to measure the fulfillment of requirements.
  • See the big picture while breaking it into its individual components.
  • Communicate high-level milestones and progress to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate must-haves versus nice-to-haves.
  • Prioritize feature delivery based on value to the business.
  • Utilize Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, plan and lead user acceptance testing, and gather necessary sign-offs.
  • Coordinate with developers, architects, and release managers to ensure requirements and quality controls are met.
  • Develop artifacts such as user stories, business requirements documents, test plans, and process maps.
