Requirements
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in marketing and administrative support roles

Responsibilities
  • Prepare internal and external communication including project documentation
  • Coordinate with team members for project updates and weekly recaps
  • Prepare project memos, presentations, and reports
  • Take and transcribe meeting notes
  • Support project leaders in reviewing project performance
  • Research legacy projects for closeout facilitation
  • Monitor project processes and provide research and feedback
  • Manage and coordinate administrative team workload
  • Prepare spreadsheets and database work
  • Maintain project records and logs
  • Assist with marketing tasks and proposal presentations
  • Support project proposal and contracting efforts
  • Maintain project team schedules and facilitate meeting planning
  • Organize and set up onsite client meetings
  • Assist in report generation
  • Coordinate with Project Controller and Accounting for reporting
