Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Prepare internal and external communication
  • Coordinate project updates and deliverables
  • Prepare project memos, presentations, and reports
  • Take and transcribe meeting notes
  • Support project leaders in reviewing project performance
  • Research legacy projects for closeout
  • Monitor flow of processes across projects
  • Manage and coordinate workload of administrative team
  • Prepare complex spreadsheets and database work
  • Maintain project records and logs
  • Assist with marketing-related tasks
  • Support project proposal and contracting efforts
  • Maintain project team schedules and facilitate meetings
  • Organize and set up onsite client meetings
  • Assist in report generation
  • Coordinate with Project Controller and Accounting
