Requirements
  • Strong background and experience with strategic MSPs in the UKI market
  • Understanding of the latest trends, services, financial models, and news impacting the MSP market
  • Good understanding and network in the Central alliances & Channel eco system including MSP & CSP Partners
  • Willingness to travel 15-20% of the time, including international travel
  • Understanding of analytics, search, or big data markets/products or ability to learn quickly
Responsibilities
  • Create a strong UKI MSP strategy including identifying net new strategic recruitment targets and supporting strategic UKI MSPs
  • Lead the enablement strategy for each strategic MSP including operations and support, sales, and technical
  • Take joint Elastic-partner sales plays, offerings, and industry assets/solutions to specific markets for local execution and engagement with Elastic field sales teams
  • Joint solution development & execution - Commercialize industry solutions or product extensions to leverage partner IP and vertical expertise with Elastic teams
  • Create and drive a cloud partner strategy to promote Elastic's own cloud services as well as the cloud services of MSP and CSP partners
  • Lead and drive the approach on partner programs, partner enablement, metrics, team enablement, strategy, and planning
  • Work closely with the regional sales AVP & RVP and cross-functional groups to align on territory-based partner strategy, resources, and execution
  • Develop partnerships with senior leadership and stakeholder management internally and externally

  • Experience in executive relationship building, contract negotiations, internal team building, and channel program design
  • Ability to perform detailed metrics and analysis, and partner enablement
