Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in higher education administration, student affairs, health sciences, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment/enrollment management, student success, admissions, or related areas.
  • Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the University Vehicle Use Policy.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an enrollment plan aligned with the college’s mission, vision, and strategy
  • Collect, analyze, and present enrollment data
  • Lead recruitment campaigns, coordinate open houses and other events
  • Design and implement strategies to improve retention and graduation rates
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop recruitment and retention initiatives
  • Provide leadership to and development opportunities for college staff supporting recruitment, enrollment, and retention.
