- 5+ years' experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 at an enterprise scale
- Experience working with managed solutions
- C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, Power BI
- Developing plugins, custom workflow activities and JavaScript using the client SDK
- Strong development experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, RPA etc)
- Strong technical leadership to help a team succeed
- Broad understanding of software development lifecycle, development management and release management
- Exposure to Azure components: Azure SQL, Blob storage, function apps etc.
- Experience working with offshore development teams
- Collaborative mindset
- Implementing solutions using Dataverse developer tools to write plugins and implement other custom business logic
- Troubleshooting and fixing issues
- Assisting with requirements translation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Supporting the enterprise teams in their activities with the Dynamics 365 platform
- Experience with Customer Voice platform
- Experience with Dynamics Marketing including Customer Insights Journeys is a plus
