- Required minimum two years IT project management experience with a local, state or federal agency
- Experience in electronic health record implementation, preferably with Siemens Soarian products in an acute care setting
- Work with key organizational stakeholders to execute the Electronic Health Record EHR project plan and successfully implement all project technical components in conjunction with changes to business processes
- Lead major components of the EHR project and any associated subprojects through the project management life cycle
- Demonstrate expertise in change management, project and time management, organizational communication, team facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Navigate sensitive issues with multiple stakeholders at varying levels within the organization, including executives, sponsors, department leaders and project team members
- Present timely project status updates, risk and issue analysis, and financial impact assessments to a variety of organizational stakeholders
- Foster a highly collaborative atmosphere and suggest and solicit process/program changes and improvements to ensure a successful end product
- Provide exceptional internal customer service as a representative of the DBHDS PMO
