Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Project Management, or related field
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in project management, publishing, or developing/editing/producing qualifying education (QE), continuing education (CE) or test-prep material
  • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Content acquisition experience preferred
  • Experience with learning design and/or education technology
  • Experience using Monday.com and NetSuite is desirable
  • Background in appraisal, mortgage lending, engineering, home inspection, and/or land surveying
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the development of content across various valuation and property services disciplines
  • Write Statements of Work (SOWs) for projects
  • Onboard and train subject matter expert (SME) contractors
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs to validate content relevance and accuracy
  • Oversee content development process with teammates in Course Design and Production
  • Ensure all content meets accreditation, regulatory, and compliance standards
  • Support multiple content formats including online text, videos, livestream presentations, and correspondence books
  • Guide content and curriculum through end-to-end process
  • Keep stakeholders updated on delivery dates, delays, or blockers
  • Assist in developing content playbooks and processes
  • Manage content budget and ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Prepare content and curriculum overview briefs
  • Implement quality control processes to review and evaluate course functionality and materials
  • Participate in various committees as required
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure timely and accurate presentation of content
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure content meets customer needs
  • Execute regular check-ins with Subject Matter Experts
  • Proactively manage roadmap and delivery schedules
  • Establish productivity goals and meet or exceed them
  • Complete other duties and special projects as assigned
