Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives, positioning us as a leader in the fintech industry and driving awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Define and articulate our brand identity, value proposition, and messaging framework, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Lead customer acquisition efforts across digital and traditional channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy to create compelling and relevant content that resonates with our target audience, driving traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with product management and development teams to understand product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation, and develop marketing materials and messaging to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and other key initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Establish and optimize marketing processes, workflows, and systems to enable efficient and scalable marketing operations, including marketing automation, analytics, and reporting.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to extend our reach, enhance our offerings, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive threats, informing product development, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Create material in tandem with HPR recruiting team to position HPR as a top place to work.
