Requirements
  • 3+ years of CRM experience, with at least three of those years in the retail industry
  • Hands-on experience with communication channels of email, push, in-app, and SMS at scale
  • Knowledgeable in CSS & HTML and desire to grow skills in these areas
  • Hands-on experience with webhooks and API is preferred
  • Intimate working knowledge of MarTech platforms and integration with CRM
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Self-starter, flexible to work in a collaborative structure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Support the strategy, development, and execution of CRM programs across our portfolio of brands
  • Have a voice in communication strategy and testing plans
  • Support the CRM team in all aspects of CRM marketing campaigns and lifecycle triggers
  • Support setting the strategy of CRM lifecycle journey programs
  • Support building, Quality Assurance, and schedule deployment of error-free SMS, email, and mobile push messages
  • Thrive working with cross-functional teams
