  • 5+ years of automotive repair and collision content experience
  • Exceptional knowledge of vehicle dealer operations within service and parts
  • Familiarity with vehicle repairs, parts applications, and workflows
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
Responsibilities
  • Analyze, edit, review, track, and publish automotive repair and parts content
  • Manage service pricing guide and service menu data according to OEM specifications
  • Collaborate with product managers and enablement teams
  • Engage with dealer partners to review and update service price guides and service menus
  • Coach new hires and team members on service price guide and domain terminologies
  • Research and answer technical questions related to data partners and OEM products
  • Assist, motivate, and accelerate team members’ personal development
  • Work with remote teams to coach and train them in automotive services
