Job Responsibilites:
- Travel to various job sites.
- Perform observations, field testing, and inspections.
- Document field activity and report the findings to clients and supervisors.
- Communicate with various field personnel and coworkers.
- Communicate with managers, show commitment as a team player, organize work and manage time effectively.
- Able to lift 75lbs.
- Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to read and write, and ability to use a computer.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least (1) one certification, such as ICC Structural Masonry, ICC Structural Steel, and Bolting, ICC Prestressed Concrete, ICC Certified Commercial Building Inspector, DSA Masonry Special Inspector, DSA Shotcrete Special Inspector.
- Previous experience performing special inspections on at least one type of construction material (such as soils, masonry, concrete, structural steel).
