Requirements
  • Must be knowledgeable in the operational theory, advanced troubleshooting, and repair of Canon steppers, E-Beam lithography, C&D coat and develop tracks, and metrology equipment.
  • Experience with high vacuum systems and Helium leak detection for various pump packages is a plus.
  • Foundational understanding of abatement systems is a plus.
  • Proven track record of technical writing and maintenance documentation.
  • Experience with leading root cause/corrective action teams, establishing SPC, OCAP, and FMEA protocols is a plus.
  • BS degree and minimum of 3 years experience, or AS degree and minimum of 5 years experience, or 7-10 years of equivalent experience.
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status required.
Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex electrical, mechanical, and 1-off tool failures associated with semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for the ESG group in conversations related to primary tool set(s).
  • Identifying and filling gaps in documentation, best known methods, and parts inventory to mitigate downtime scenarios.
  • Managing small projects, training other ESG staff, and working independently at times.
  • Developing and implementing improvements to enhance reliability, performance, and supportability of equipment and infrastructure.
