  • Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken)
  • Must be in close proximity to Lausanne for on-site work

Responsibilities
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Basic correspondence with third parties
  • Purchasing and ordering office supplies
  • Managing employee equipment and ensuring it is ready for use
  • Assisting with onboarding and off-boarding processes
  • Distributing swag and vouchers to newcomers
  • Coordinate events with third parties
  • Manage logistics for events, including external location rentals, drink and catering orders, and grocery shopping
  • Ensure adequate stock management of beverages, snacks, etc.
  • Coordinate cleaning services to maintain office cleanliness
  • Help organise monthly remote and in-office celebrations
  • Handle miscellaneous tasks to keep the office running smoothly, such as waste sorting and disposal, dishwasher management, and snack jar refills
