  • Lead complex projects and partner with Customer Success stakeholders, Engineering, Enterprise Applications, Go to Market Operations, and other business units to deliver a best-in-class customer-focused experience

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and reporting
  • Knowledge of analytics or BI applications
  • Familiarity with public, private, and hybrid clouds
  • Experience with contact center solutions integrated with Salesforce (desired but not required)
  • Expert working knowledge of project management tools like Smartsheets or Open Project, and issue tracking and team collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience collecting data from various streams, presenting it in a digestible bite-size manner, and synthesizing it to build and drive program plans
  • Solid working knowledge of software development lifecycle
