Requirements
  • 5+ years of direct Product Management experience, specifically within highly regulated, compliance-sensitive domains such as fintech, payroll, tax, or legal tech.
  • Demonstrated track record successfully building products from zero-to-one, including defining strategic vision and executing through launch.
  • Comfort and resilience in ambiguous environments, adept at clarifying complex initiatives and structuring actionable strategies despite incomplete or evolving regulations.
  • Proven ability integrating human-powered operations with technology-driven solutions, optimizing workflows over time through automation.
  • Experience effectively navigating organizational complexities and legacy systems, driving incremental progress through thoughtful risk management and persistent execution.

  • Partner deeply with compliance, engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to align cross-functional efforts, clearly manage dependencies, and deliver transformative customer experiences. Accelerate team expertise in entity management and regulatory compliance through mentorship and strategic leadership.
