Requirements
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in account management or client services preferably at a digital or full-service agency
  • Strong working understanding of the Paid Social platforms
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering successful client outcomes.
  • Agency and/or Commerce media experience preferred.
  • Strong client management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.

  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze account data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams (e.g., Brands, Criteo) to ensure seamless service and performance delivery.
