Position Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and maximizing sales opportunities within them. The Account Manager will act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of media products and services that meet client needs across programmatic, paid social and other performance media campaigns. The Account Manager will need a strong addressable media background with retail experience to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and media objectives.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Prepare reports on account status.
Performance Monitoring:
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze account data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Project Oversight:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams (e.g., Brands, Criteo) to ensure seamless service and performance delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in account management or client services preferably at a digital or full-service agency
- Strong working understanding of the Paid Social platforms
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering successful client outcomes.
- Agency and/or Commerce media experience preferred.
- Strong client management skills.
- Thorough understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
- Ability to manage cross-device and cross-channel addressable marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Close attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience in retail/beauty is preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
