Nabis launches new service tiers, accelerating brand growth, starting with Bloom.

Nabis launches new service tiers, accelerating brand growth, starting with Bloom. The cannabis industry's largest wholesale platform is giving brands a new option for sales support in addition to distribution, wholesale, and financial services. Nabis built its business on being the infrastructure that cannabis commerce runs on and is now processing over $1B in annual wholesale cannabis. Today, Nabis announced the launch of a new premium-tier full-suite wholesaling service for brands, with Bloom, a leading global cannabis vape brand, as a founding portfolio brand partner. By entrusting commercial growth and market access to Nabis, Bloom sharpens its focus on building the next generation of vape products, while Nabis combines sales, technology, and distribution reach to enable Bloom to scale into the number-one vape brand in the US. Why it matters: Bloom has earned a loyal following for its high-quality strains, and increased demand has created an opportunity to deepen its current shelf space and reach new shelves through Nabis Sales support. The collaboration expands Bloom's sales coverage and retail footprint while unlocking deeper insights into buying patterns, ensuring the right products are in stock to meet consumer demand. Together, Bloom and Nabis are positioned to turn growing brand loyalty into sustained, scalable retail growth. The partnership also kicks off Nabis' strategic expansion of its service offerings, introducing tiered solutions designed to meet brands at their current stage and scale alongside them. Curated California brands, like Bloom, can now tap Nabis for hands-on sales support, adding to the company's existing suite of distribution, wholesale, and financial services. What Casey Ly, Co-CEO & Co-Founder, Bloom, said: "We've always cared about one thing: making great products and getting them to our customers. In cannabis, getting on shelves and staying there is complicated. Nabis makes it easy. With their marketplace platform and sales support, we can reach more stores sustainably and provide retailers with better insights to meet consumer demand in real time. That frees us up to do what we do best: product innovation and brand marketing." What Vince C. Ning, CEO and Co-founder of Nabis, said: "Bloom is exactly the kind of brand we built this service tier for - deeply resonates with a consumer base, proven scale across multiple markets, and ready to be amplified further. Our longstanding relationships with the largest retail network and technology tools purpose-built for cannabis give them immediate leverage and expansion velocity in California. This partnership is the first step in Nabis' broader roadmap to offer brands service tiers that meet them where they are and grow with them." What's next: As part of Nabis' strategic roadmap to evolve the company and its offerings, it intends to introduce additional service tiers. Nabis' new sales partner service tier is available in California and is expected to expand its sales infrastructure, including seasoned expertise, new technology-driven sales enablement tools, and brand portfolio of leading products. Q2 2026 release: features for better control.

Q2 2026 release: features for better control. In its last post, Nabis shared its mission to renew the Nabis platform to streamline everyday workflows and create tooling that can scale with its partners and the broader market. Nabis has navigated this journey over two years, inching closer to the finish line with each initiative, and have recently launched a new Marketplace and major updates to permissioning and promotions capabilities. Nabis has launched a suite of new features, including improved account management controls, fee transparency, a refreshed orders interface and reservation support, and several smaller updates designed to simplify your daily workflows. Nabis'll also share what Nabis is still building today to give a preview of what's to come. More tools for account management. Customer relationships are foundational to brands, and to better support the relationship-building process, Nabis has launched a new Accounts page that enables brands to manage relationships with all retailers on its platform. The updated Accounts page now has a more comprehensive view of each retailer, including details on upcoming deliveries, assigned sales reps, and their overall balance due. Brands can log activity notes or contacts for each account - recording and storing interactions with each customer - and assign a status to identify whether the relationship is prospective or current. Nabis has also introduced new ways to configure default payment terms settings and credit restrictions, including credit limits and holds, for better AR control.* *Some features are unavailable in select markets due to local regulations. Credit ratings. With this release, Nabis has also brought its proprietary credit rating system to New York. Nabis credit ratings have proven invaluable to its customers in California, giving brands an easy way to identify accounts that have a strong track record of payment history and good creditworthiness. This information is surfaced across the Accounts page and order form, providing sales reps with maximum visibility to reduce AR risks. Financial transparency. Brands rely on Nabis every day for an accurate view of their transactions and cash flow. To make this experience more self-serviceable, Nabis has launched a number of new features that provide more real-time data. * Platform fee transparency. Nabis has added fee visibility across the entire platform, including on its Orders pages, CSVs, and analytics dashboards. Nabis is surfacing this information alongside its remittance reports for better reconciliation. * Retailer payment history. The new Payments tab now displays a list of all retailer payments applied to the brand's orders in real time, providing visibility as soon as payments are received and recorded in its system. * Remittance dashboard. The Remittances tab now displays all prior approved remittance reports. Access to these features is automatically granted to all organization admins. Nabis recommend periodically checking permission settings to grant users appropriate access. A refreshed Orders and Drafts experience. At its core, its platform will always focus on simplifying order management. After two years of building core functionality, Nabis has completely redesigned and modernized its Orders and Drafts pages. With this release, Nabis has introduced a more responsive design, complete with sticky columns, pinnable filters, and improved sortability. Inventory reservations. To better support the need to hold inventory for specific orders, Nabis has launched inventory reservations. You can now place an order as a reservation, holding the inventory until you're ready to place the order, to reduce friction when editing orders before delivery. This comes in addition to updates to its order edit windows, giving you flexibility to adjust pricing or other order details up until the day of delivery. For the sales reps on the go. To better support sales reps on the move, Nabis has implemented a responsive design that displays all orders in a mobile-friendly format on the Orders page. As Nabis continue to grow its platform, mobile-friendly principles will extend to all areas of the application. What's next for Nabis? Its team is committed to delivering the best platform experience to manage your day-to-day workflows. Nabis is aware there's more to build, and Nabis value the feedback you send in every day. Nabis want to highlight some of the features Nabis is working on today, as well as the top requests Nabis is factoring into its timelines over the coming months. Bulk editing and grouping capabilities. For the past year, Nabis has focused on foundations and optimizing workflows to create or edit a single inventory unit, account, or order. Nabis is concentrating heavily on bringing bulk capabilities to its platform, starting with account and inventory management. Updates to its table views will soon support editing multiple properties across multiple rows, substantially reducing friction when editing a large dataset. Nabis is also working to introduce grouping mechanisms for accounts and inventory. Nabis call them Segments and Collections. Nabis plan to initially support manually-configured segments and collections, followed by the ability to create dynamic segments and collections based on metadata, such as sales rep assignment or product lines. Nabis will be extending the functionality of its Promotions, preferred pricing, and order form experiences to select by segment or collection, eliminating much of the manual entry involved in configuring discounts and orders. Account-level credits. The Nabis platform today supports applying a credit memo to an individual order. Nabis is planning on significantly extending this feature to support account-level credits, enabling brands to log a credit to an account that can be applied to a future order. Required outstanding invoices. Following its success in the California market, Nabis is focusing heavily on bringing its Must Pay feature to v2, allowing brands to require payment on selected invoices as a condition for order delivery. And plenty more. Its roadmap for the next quarter includes bringing Nabis Capital to its v2 platform, additional analytics capabilities, sales and manufacturer organization support for third-party sales teams and its Type 3 customers, better on-platform inventory count visibility, and more. Nabis has substantially increased its team headcount to deliver features faster and are excited to bring more functionality to its users as soon as possible. Today, its priorities focus on feature parity across markets and a broader California migration to its new v2 experience ahead of new functionality. Nabis is pleased to share its momentum and are targeting a full migration later this year. With each initiative, Nabis has focused not only on building a stronger architectural foundation but also on creating a more intuitive user experience to prepare Nabis for future innovation. The Product team will engage with brands and retailers over the coming months to identify and prioritize what comes next after the transition. Nabis recognize that many long-standing feature requests have been deferred due to ongoing commitments. Still, Nabis is excited to enter this new chapter alongside you, its customers, as Nabis build tooling and identify opportunities to share insights that help Nabis grow together. Nabis always welcome your feedback on its Support Portal - Nabis review each and every one to calibrate what Nabis build in the future.

Nabis, the largest licensed cannabis wholesale platform in the US, has acquired Hudson Distribution Services' New Jersey cannabis distribution license and warehouse lease. Hudson Distribution and affiliated parties will become Nabis shareholders through a seed investment in the company's New Jersey operations. The acquisition positions Nabis, already the largest cannabis distributor in New York, Nevada and California, across the tri-state area ahead of potential interstate commerce frameworks. It provides immediate access to turnkey logistics infrastructure without requiring a greenfield build. Hudson Distribution was established by the Hudson family of companies, which has over 100 years of retail distribution experience in the northeast US. Nabis to acquire Hudson Distribution Services' New Jersey cannabis distribution license.

Nabis to acquire Hudson Distribution Services' New Jersey cannabis distribution license. NEW YORK - May 4, 2026 - Nabis, the largest licensed cannabis wholesale platform, entered into a strategic partnership with Hudson Distribution Services, LLC ("Hudson Distribution") to acquire its New Jersey cannabis distribution license and warehouse lease. Why it matters: Nabis will enter New Jersey as the largest cannabis distributor in New York, Nevada, and California, acquiring licensed infrastructure and existing operator relationships without a greenfield build. That infrastructure comes through Hudson Distribution, a company born out of the former distribution business of Hudson News Distributors, LLC - the largest distributor of magazines, books, and various other products in the northeast, which was led by James S. Cohen, Chairman and CEO of its diversified holding company, Hudson Media, Inc. The deal positions Nabis in strategic locations across the tri-state area ahead of what many in the industry expect to be a future interstate commerce framework. It gives New Jersey brands and retailers access to Nabis Marketplace, a modern wholesale commerce platform with real-time inventory visibility, automated payments, and financing tools. The details: * The license: Nabis will acquire a New Jersey cannabis distribution license from Hudson Distribution, a long-established operator in the state. * The lease: Nabis will assume Hudson Distribution's warehouse lease, providing immediate access to turnkey logistics and distribution infrastructure. * The investment: Hudson Distribution and affiliated parties will become Nabis shareholders through a seed investment in Nabis' New Jersey operations. What Vince C. Ning, CEO and Co-founder of Nabis, said: "Entering New Jersey gives Nabis the infrastructure to help scale our brand and retail partners in an exciting and growing market they've been waiting to access. Hudson Distribution and the Hudson family of distribution companies have built a legacy of trust, reliability, and dependability that spans over 100 years, giving Nabis a running start in the state." What James S. Cohen, CEO of Hudson Distribution and head of the Hudson family of companies, said: "Retail distribution is our very DNA, for over 100 years we distributed magazines, books, and newspapers - all perishable products - to retailers and consumers throughout the Northeast, often within hours of those products hitting our docks from suppliers. We know distribution and logistics, and so we know that Nabis is the best choice to provide continuity to the burgeoning cannabis distribution channel and help grow our partners across New Jersey and beyond." What's next: Nabis expects to launch its wholesale technology platform and distribution services for brands and retailers in New Jersey in the second half of 2026. About Nabis Nabis is the #1 wholesale platform powering over $1B annually in licensed cannabis commerce across the U.S. Nabis enables thousands of nationwide brand and retailer partners to innovate, launch, and scale strategically. Learn more at nabis.com. About Hudson Distribution Hudson Distribution is a New Jersey-licensed cannabis distributor led by James S. Cohen, Chairman, CEO, and head of the Hudson family of companies, including Hudson Media, Inc., and Hudson Capital Properties, made famous by the eponymous airport retail locations known as Hudson News stores. The roots of the company go back over 100 years to James' grandfather, Isaac, founder of a newspaper and magazine distribution enterprise in Hudson County, NJ, which then grew and matured into the leading magazine distributor in the Northeastern U.S under the leadership of James' father, Robert. In the mid-1980s, Hudson Group was born as an outgrowth of the company's wholesale business, and it soon became the nation's largest airport news and gift concessionaire through its Hudson News branded stores. In 2008, Hudson Group became majority owned by Avolta AG (formerly Dufry AG), a Swiss-based travel retailer that operates duty-free and duty-paid shops and convenience stores throughout the world. The company, in which the Cohen family remains a major shareholder, employs almost 75,000 people and operates in over 75 countries worldwide. As another outgrowth of the legacy wholesale business, Hudson Distribution was created through a partnership with Jacob Miller, the principal of Paybotic Financial, a leading cannabis financial and payment-processing firm. From the outset, the venture's purpose was clear - to service the newly legalized cannabis market in Hudson's home state of New Jersey, leveraging the expertise of decades of distribution know-how along with the capital heft to be a backbone of the fledgling cannabis industry in the Garden State and beyond.
