Requirements
  • A strong background in systems engineering, information technology operations, or enterprise endpoint management is required.
  • A deep familiarity with enterprise information technology environments, networking, storage, operating system tuning and troubleshooting is required.
  • Experience with application programming interface development and integration, scripting, and automation tools is required.
  • Proficiency in multiple operating systems, including Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android, and exposure to irregular or legacy operating system or device environments is required.
  • Proficiency in multiple common scripting languages with demonstrable proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python, with a preference for PowerShell, is required.
  • Proficiency with multiple troubleshooting and analysis tools using advanced network and operating system tools (for example Sysmon, Procmon, Windows Performance Recorder/Analyzer, Sysinternals, Strace/Ltrace, WireShark, Nmap, tcpdump, GDB, Lsof, Sysdiagnose, etc.) is required.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with SEs and AEs to identify and solve deeply technical problems that block large opportunities in enterprise and federal deals.
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on new NinjaOne content, dashboards, and API-based integrations.
  • Triage and resolve complex support tickets beyond the scope of frontline SEs and support staff.
  • Diagnose and mitigate customer-side factors impacting NinjaOne performance, such as firewalls, load-balancers, storage systems, endpoint agents, and OS tuning.
  • Collaborate with Professional Services and Product teams to design and deliver tools that reduce effort for customers, partners, and NinjaOne staff.
  • Build solutions to accelerate migrations from competitive platforms onto NinjaOne.
  • Serve as a technical advisor and problem-solver across Sales, Product, Pro Serve, and Support.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, helping create repeatable playbooks and tools for future enterprise deployments.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership in ad hoc or emergent areas critical to advancing enterprise accounts.
