- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Carry out hands-on maintenance work alongside supervisory responsibilities.
- Monitor maintenance requests, service-level agreements, and team performance through FreshService.
- Conduct building audits to ensure high visual and operational standards.
- Support maintenance projects, contractor management, and rechargeable works.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
- Trade qualifications or relevant maintenance certifications.
- Experience with FreshService or similar maintenance management systems.
- Experience working across multi-site environments.
