What You’ll Learn

Project: System technical program management for Customer Quality team
Skills You’ll Learn:
- Information Management
- Consolidation and Report-out requirements for a global-enterprise corporation related to B2B customer service and satisfaction

What You’ll Do

Development of user interface, data structure customization as-needed, dashboards and reports.
Develop and document automation for streamlining B2B customer related support processes.
Application of AI tools for information management, as-needed/as-applicable.
Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose, CA headquarters 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time

What You Bring

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering or related field
Prior experience and focus on developing, configuring and administering information management tools, such as commonly available repository, bug-tracking and CRM type tools.
Technical Writing Skills – Clarity and Brevity
Skills and interest in Information Management
Python scripting
Interest to Learn and Grow in this field

Hourly Base Pay Rate

$27—$57 USD
