This position is a hybrid role, requiring onsite work at the San Jose, CA headquarters 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of the time. The company also offers relocation support for those living 50+ miles away from the office, as well as housing stipends for interns. Additionally, there are COVID-19 policies in place, including vaccination encouragement and potential requirements for certain job functions involving travel or customer meetings.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering or related field
  • Prior experience and focus on developing, configuring and administering information management tools, such as commonly available repository, bug-tracking and CRM type tools
  • Technical Writing Skills – Clarity and Brevity
  • Skills and interest in Information Management
  • Python scripting
  • Interest to Learn and Grow in this field

Responsibilities
  • Development of user interface, data structure customization as-needed, dashboards and reports
  • Develop and document automation for streamlining B2B customer related support processes
  • Application of AI tools for information management, as-needed/as-applicable
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned
