  • Active Secret security clearance and eligible to obtain Top Secret clearance, for which U.S. citizenship is needed by U.S. Government
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Radar Systems, or related technical field
  • Applicable knowledge of technical concepts related to Radar systems (including beam forming) and their principles of design and development
  • Applicable knowledge of signal processing
  • Proficiency in MATLAB and programming languages (e.g., C++, Python, Rust, etc)
  • Capable of working in a team environment and interacting with team members to ensure effective communication and alignment including mentoring of junior engineers
  • Background should include a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of applicable experience; Master’s degree. Equivalent experience will be considered
Responsibilities
  • Support development of innovative radar mode architectures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and specifications for radar modes as they relate to assigned tasking
  • Under guidance from senior staff, design and implement signal processing algorithms
  • Support performance analysis through simulations and real-world testing to validate and optimize radar modes
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to convey technical concepts and project updates
