Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in wholesaling, consultative sales or research-related sales experience selling to wealth management advisors, firms or related platforms.
  • Experience marketing investment products to institutional-type buyers or engaging with financial advisors.
  • Strong communication (written and oral) skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organization skills.
  • Highly proficient in software applications, including Microsoft Office; experience with Morningstar Direct and FactSet a plus.
  • Highly motivated, seeking excellence with the quality of their work and engagement with clients and internal partners.
  • Intellectually curious about investment markets and the broader asset/wealth management business.
  • Demonstrates good judgment.
  • High level of financial (investment) acumen, work towards MBA, CFA, CAIA or CIMA preferred.

  • Ability to travel domestically up to 33% of the time.
Responsibilities
  • Supporting all aspects of the research engagement through high-level interaction regarding all investment related matters as well as Invesco organizational or investment team updates.
  • Delivering top tier client service by being highly responsive and ensuring timely completion of requests, coordinating portfolio review meetings with investment teams.
  • Be proactive in outreach with new investment ideas, thought leadership, and other value-added information.
  • Establishing a strategic approach to developing deeper relationships and identifying areas of growth (new partnerships) to build a continuous pipeline of opportunities.
  • Monitoring platform-level trends and opportunities within the competitive landscape products to strategically position Invesco’s firm’s product line.
  • Obtaining and sharing feedback with investment teams and Strategic Account Managers on any changes in investment views, demands from their clients, and industry trends.
  • Support and engage other members of the Investment Due Diligence team and Strategic Account Managers to effectively communicate platform updates and development opportunities.

Invesco Closed-End Funds Announce Unchanged Distribution Rates For Invesco Senior Income Trust (Nyse: Vvr) And Invesco High Income Trust Ii (Nyse: Vlt) And Declare Dividends

ATLANTA, March 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Trustees authorized several Invesco closed-end funds to declare dividends. Last week, Invesco Advisors, Inc., a subsidiary of Invesco Ltd. (NYSE:IVZ), announced that the Board of Trustees of each of two closed-end funds, Invesco Senior Income Trust (NYSE: VVR) and Invesco High Income Trust II (NYSE: VLT), removed the Managed Distribution Plans (MDP) with respect to each fund. The removal of the MDPs does not mean that the funds' monthly distributions are being eliminated, or that the monthly frequency and timing of distributions will be altered. Investors can still expect to receive monthly distributions that will continue to be announced monthly via press release along with all other Invesco closed-end funds. At the present time Invesco expects that, subject to market conditions, the distribution rates of VVR and VLT will remain unchanged in the immediate future

Invesco Advisers, Inc. Announces Termination Of Managed Distribution Plans For Invesco High Income Trust Ii And Invesco Senior Income Trust

ATLANTA, March 20, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Invesco Advisers, Inc., a subsidiary of Invesco Ltd. (NYSE: IVZ), announced today that, effective immediately, the Board of Trustees ("Board") of each of Invesco High Income Trust II (NYSE: VLT) and Invesco Senior Income Trust (NYSE: VVR) (each, a "Fund" and collectively, the "Funds") terminated the Managed Distribution Plan for each Fund (individually, the "VLT Plan" and "VVR Plan" and collectively, the "Plans").Pursuant to the VLT Plan, VLT paid a stated fixed monthly distribution amount based on a distribution rate of 8.5% of the closing market price per share as of August 1, 2018, the date the VLT Plan became effective. Pursuant to the VVR Plan, VVR paid a monthly distribution amount of $0.0380 per share.The Plans were intended to provide shareholders with a consistent, but not guaranteed, periodic cash payment from each Fund, regardless of when or whether income was earned, or capital gains were realized. Under the Plans, each Fund distributed long-term capital gains and/or return of capital to shareholders to maintain its monthly distribution level if sufficient investment income was not available. As previously provided, the Plans were subject to periodic review by each Fund's Board, and each Fund's Board could terminate or amend the terms of the respective Plan at any time.
