The Sustaining Team is responsible for the development and support of our heritage customers -- the customers that got us to where we are today and will continue with us on our journey. You will play a hands-on role in the development of our suite of applications, both mobile and desktop, helping to bring our robotics solutions to our customers. We are looking for people who thrive in a creative, collaborative and agile development environment. If you have a passion for building high quality software, love solving problems and facing new challenges, this role it for you!
In this role you will:
- Play a hands-on role as part of a newly developed and high-profile team that works to design, develop, review and test new functionality.
- Collaborate with others on the team to build features based on new business requirements
- Work in a dynamic Agile/Scrum based environment.
- Evolve the current software and architecture using: C#, WPF, XML, SOAP, REST, AngularDart, HTML5, SQL, .NET Core, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ and Redis
- Troubleshoot system problems in production or design by investigating issues related to product performance or production difficulties.
- Be a proactive communicator who enjoys working closely with creative and technical peers.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in a Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
- 0-2 years of professional experience developing software applications.
- Experience with Object Oriented design using C# and/or Java.
- Experience with source control software (Git preferred).
- Experience working with Agile development methodology
- Experience with MS SQL and the SQL language.
- Familiarity with XML and JSON
