  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Writing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation, ideally in technology or engineering environments.
  • Proficiency in Lucidchart for creating system diagrams and process flows.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, database systems, and software development processes.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and update documentation for system architectures, technical requirements, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to capture technical details and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Create and maintain visual representations of system designs and workflows using Lucidchart.
  • Organize and maintain a repository of technical documents for ongoing and completed projects.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to clarify technical requirements.
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards and remains accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned
