Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentialed professional
  • Credentialed Case Supervisor or Supervising Clinician status
  • Compliance with BACB standards and Arizona Revised Statute 32-2091
Responsibilities
  • Clinical Quality & Supervision – Act as the supervising LBA for assigned cases with BCTs, guaranteeing exceptional client outcomes and supervision compliance. Responsibilities include mandatory monthly client and family sessions, data-driven treatment oversight, and providing coaching and direction to BATs, while maintaining a small independent caseload.
  • Training and Mentorship – Drive the comprehensive development of Behavior Analytic Trainees (BATs) by providing licensure-focused coaching, delivering initial and ongoing training in assessment and clinical programming, and facilitating competency and performance evaluations in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services.
  • Compliance and Documentation – Ensure all clinical supervision complies with BACB and Arizona Revised Statute 32-2091 standards. Conducting routine audits of contracts, session notes, fieldwork submissions/logs. Maintaining updated records of treatment plans & progress reports.
  • Contribute to Culture & Team Collaboration – Partner with the Director of Clinical Services and Operations Director for case assignment decisions, supporting complex or high-acuity cases as needed, Contribute to center culture & participate in local team-building efforts, and support clinical operations.
  • Lead by Example – Promoting high standards and set expectations for all team members through personal example and demonstrating Centria’s values through your consistent behavior & actions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in leading clinical teams or supervisory roles in ABA settings
  • Strong mentorship and coaching skills with track record of developing new clinicians (BATs, BCTs, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CareConnect platform and data-driven treatment planning (if applicable)
  • Willingness to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and support centers
  • Ability to manage and monitor a small independent caseload while coordinating with other clinicians
