- Replenish and rotate stock to ensure freshness and availability.
- Keep vending and retail areas clean, tidy, and well-presented.
- Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist with stock takes.
- Receive deliveries, manage storage, and carry out basic inventory checks.
- Deliver friendly and professional service to colleagues and clients.
- Follow Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene standards.
- Support allergen safety processes and report any accidents/incidents.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to complete daily tasks.
- Previous retail, hospitality, or food service experience (preferred, but not essential – full training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Ability to lift and move stock safely.
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
