  • 3-5 years experience as a designer in an A&E or Construction setting
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
  • Experience with 3D Laser and/or Point Cloud Conversion preferred
  • Experience with Navisworks preferred
  • Ability to build trust and operate with a high level of integrity
  • Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations
Responsibilities
  • Create 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Participate in site visits and assessments
  • Create 3D laser scan point clouds
  • Generate Trimble field points
  • Convert point cloud drawings into Revit files
  • Facilitate clash detection resolution using Navisworks or similar
  • Provide design solutions for systems as applicable based on MEP background and role
  • Participate in conceptual development meetings with E3M team, clients, or contractors
