  • 5+ years' experience, including 2 in customer success with SaaS/cybersecurity
  • Bachelor's degree
  • In-depth knowledge and some hands-on experience in Cybersecurity, Networking, Virtualization or Cloud Computing
  • Project management experience to support efficient planning, execution, and timely delivery of key objectives
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively engage and influence diverse audiences
  • Passionate about learning and embracing new technologies, with a keen interest in expanding knowledge in cybersecurity
  • 1-2 years of experience in selling, leading customer success, or deploying Zero Trust solutions
Responsibilities
  • Driving customer value and business growth by maximizing solution impact, ensuring retention, and expanding Akamai's Enterprise Security
  • Building relationships at all levels, including C-suite, by leading strategic reviews and aligning objectives for success
  • Serving as a Strategic Advisor by recommending product features and best practices to accelerate time to value
  • Collaborating with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Engineering to develop solutions, influence the roadmap, and enhance customer value
  • Ensuring seamless onboarding by understanding customer requirements and crafting success plans that align solutions to their goals
  • Fostering customer advocacy and reference-ability to support new business expansion
