- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or configuration resource on enterprise-level projects
- Candidates are required on our W2 and should be open to relocate all over US
- You will work directly with client and collaborate with team members to ensure our clients are successful
- You will provide advice and guidance on how to best take advantage of the Product
- These projects range from several weeks to several months in duration and require a high-degree of customer interaction and expectation-setting
- Background in hands-on system configuration; actual programming experience is not required, but a genuine interest in problem solving and learning how systems and applications work is a must
- Experience conducting in-person requirements-gathering workshops and planning sessions will be extremely valuable
- Industry sourcing expertise in Retail, Financial Services or healthcare
- Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflows
- Strong business/client engagement skills
- Experience developing business requirements
- Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
- Business Analyst Skills including communication, documentation and solution design required
