A BOLDSCIENCE Medical Writer (MW) has prior experience working within the medical communications industry (or similar) and can demonstrate solid writing skills and a great attitude to hit the ground running.
An MW is clear on the expectations of their role, and they know when to be proactive and when to sense-check their approach. An MW is still learning the breadth and depth of medical writing projects. They proactively ask questions and take direction to deliver a good first draft, and can incorporate feedback to produce client-ready work. They are organized and manage their time effectively, ensuring the team is updated on actions. They can keep a cool head while managing multiple tasks and deadlines. An MW has a passion for creativity and consistently looks for different, creative, engaging ways to deliver scientific content. They are all about the team and enjoy partnering as a mentor for new Associate MWs (AMWs) as they begin their BOLD journey.
