What we need from you
As a passionate user-centered designer, you will be committed to elevating design standards and refining the craft to create meaningful and delightful experiences. The position entails pushing the visual direction, creating concepts, helping construct brand frameworks, building atomic design systems, leveraging prototype tools to animate micro-interactions, while collaborating with development teams on proof of concepts, presenting work, and skillfully handling client feedback in sessions.
You’re likely to have knowledge and expertise in these areas
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to create exceptional and creative digital experiences
- Be passionate about all things design, always going that final 5% to push an idea or design further, ensuring it is exceptionally crafted.
- Understand the Human-Centered Design process to help create deliverables grounded in insight aiming to validate hypotheses
- Use prototyping tools like Figma, to help communicate ideas and concepts
- Craft branded micro-interactions and push the experience with knowledge of After Effects or other motion software
- Able to juggle projects with a great attitude, prioritising work and resources – even when timelines, budgets and availabilities change.
- Support the pitch process with concepts, ideas and prototypes as necessary
- Work well under pressure, keeping your cool when the deadlines change, mitigate risks an adjust accordingly.
- Be interested, continually learning about people, design and technology, helping colleagues improve their design practice.
- Make the case for what you believe in, always advocating for the people who use our products and experience
