Requirements
- Bilingual French/English preferred
- 7+ years of work experience within an operations, management consultancy, financial or business analyst, or equivalent role with previous work experience in a General Manager capacity; owning a P&L and team for a large and complex market or region
- 7+ years of experience leading a team, including providing coaching and performance management while creating a culture of feedback and accountability
- Experience working with cities and/or policymakers to implement or resurrect new programs or legislature
- Analytically minded with a strong understanding of real-time marketplaces (supply and the ability to navigate, decode, and use data to build compelling narratives and reports
- Data-driven by nature with demonstrated experience using Excel and SQL
- Demonstrated skills in identifying and resolving complex problems, exercising good judgment in drawing conclusions, while navigating ambiguous environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated background in communicating company-wide at all levels
- Demonstrated experience motivating a team, working cross-functionally at all levels, and representing your company to external partners
- Detail-oriented, process improvement-focused, self-motivated, and energetic, with the drive and ability to learn new skills and grow with the role
Responsibilities
- Be an owner. Build and implement the market growth strategy across multiple departments with the full support of HQ
- Build a high-performing team. Define hiring needs, execute those needs, and train new team members
- Monitor performance. Track and report supply and demand metrics. Use data to solve problems creatively, find ways to improve, and track results
- Drive results. Forecast and set quarterly goals for your market, while creating an environment of experimentation, analytical thinking, and precision to reach those goals
- Share information. Communicate across the organization to ensure timely resolutions, quality control, and process feedback. Generate feedback and recommendations to central operations, business, product, and engineering teams
- Be the face of Lime. As the leader of your market, you will meet with local officials, business owners, and customers as a representative of Lime
