Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Manage and maintain the company's desktop and laptop environment.
  • Resolve software deployment problems and conduct regular patch management processes.
  • Set up and configure new systems, diagnose hardware/software faults, and solve technical problems.
  • Work with our MSP to optimize hardware and application delivery processes, managing SLA compliance for the same.
  • Manage audio/visual systems and conference room technology.
  • Manage standard build images for desktops and laptops.
  • Manage the remote repairs of desktops and laptops.
  • Oversee the daily performance of computer systems and respond to system messages, alerts, or any system failures.
  • Develop training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or software.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure optimal performance of all devices and systems.
  • Conduct regular software and hardware updates and ensure optimal performance of all devices.
