  • Strong understanding of franchise systems, operations, and financials

  • Willing to travel as needed
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute long-term strategies to grow and optimize the Franchise system
  • Oversee franchise operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high-quality service to improve profitability
  • Build strong relationships, share best practices to support and educate on operational strategies
  • Lead and develop training program to equip franchisees and staff with skills and knowledge needed
  • Monitor financial performance, identify opportunities for cost saving and drive initiatives to increase revenue and profitability for franchisees
  • Provide regular reports to executive leadership and franchisees, offering insights for improvement
  • Resolve any challenges, disputes or issues that may arise ensuring a prompt and effective response

Instacart Ceo: Retailer Integrations Streamline Shopping, Drive Growth

Instacart’s expansion of retailer integrations and the implementation of advanced technology have streamlined the shopping experience, providing convenience, savings and higher engagement, CEO Fidji Simo noted Tuesday (Nov. 12) during the company’s third-quarter earnings call. Referring to retailer integrations as the company’s “secret sauce,” Simo noted that in the third quarter retailers that launched at least one new service with Instacart, such as EBT SNAP, pickup, alcohol delivery or loyalty integration, saw their sales grow nearly twice as fast as partners without new launches.
