Requirements
  • More than 2 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as SaaS support, technical account management, solutions engineering, implementation, or consulting
  • Confident communicator who can explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships with users, admins, and decision-makers
  • Hands-on technical experience with AI tooling, including building workflows and AI agents, prompt engineering, APIs, webhooks, and debugging integrations
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and structure workflows, triage requests, manage a queue of tickets, escalations, and proactive work
  • Customer-first mindset with business sense and ability to connect technical problems with customer goals to maximize value from telli
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues by investigating logs, configurations, and integrations and driving issues to resolution while keeping customers informed
  • Excellent written and spoken communication in English and German (additional languages a plus)
Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of accounts and targets on net revenue retention, logo retention, and usage; collaborate with account manager to achieve ARR expansion target
  • Become the central contact for helping customers adopt telli across the organization; lead workshops and training sessions to drive product adoption; onboard new units and use cases; identify expansion opportunities and manage renewal cycles
  • Partner with engineering and customers to build, design, and refine AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations daily; track agent performance against key success criteria; debug integrations, agent performance, and call quality; act as first point of contact for all customer requests and technical issues in the portfolio
  • Build and maintain workflows for tracking adoption, success metrics, and customer health; document playbooks, best practices, and internal processes to scale the success function; continuously improve knowledge bases; translate customer needs into product feedback for engineering and product teams
Desired Qualifications
  • Fluent in German is desirable; additional languages a big plus
  • Experience with large-scale customer success in AI, voice agents, or conversational AI projects is desirable
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and sales is desirable
