- 5+ years of experience providing support at a VP or above level, with a demonstrated strong performance and 2 or more executive references
- Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
- Excellent technical skills and strong knowledge of MS Office Suite as well as Slack and other collaboration tools
- Knowledge of standard executive office administrative practices and procedures
Responsibilities
- Maintains the project schedules from start to finish ensuring deliverables meet requirements. Monitors the progress of individual project activities and addresses potential issues, working with all stakeholders to understand and track delivery, devise plans, anticipate risks and ensure effective issue resolution
- Manage and organize Sales off-sites, internal conference and customer and partner onsite visits (San Ramon and San Francisco) - task orientated/coordination
- Communicates effectively with other team members concerning project management process
- Works closely with the sales team by providing sales administrative support, information and direction
- Maintain in depth knowledge of the sale organization to support needs of the business thorough understanding of company policy and application of judgement
- Create presentations and reports for the sales leadership team for internal and external use
- Actively participate in Sales meetings and events
- Other special projects as assigned helping all of the Sales Org
