- Define and own the architecture for AI, automation, and enterprise-scale solutions across multiple business units
- Collaborate with product teams, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to align architecture with strategic goals
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate emerging technologies
- Develop prototypes, write code, and demonstrate solution feasibility
- Conduct white-spotting exercises to identify unmet business needs and opportunities for innovation
- Perform technical due diligence of third-party vendor solutions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and enterprise standards
- Architect and build a scalable agentic AI platform to enable creation, orchestration, and governance of multiple intelligent agents
- Define best practices for agentic architectures, integrating automation, reasoning, and decision-making capabilities
- Establish architectural guidelines, reference models, and reusable frameworks
- Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers and technical leads
