Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of related experience with prior leadership experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Hands on experience in a fully integrated ERP operating system.
  • US GAAP knowledge.
  • Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage a large number of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing environment.

Responsibilities
  • You lead, manage, and train the accounting services staff (AP, T&E, and Fixed Asset functions).
  • You ensure the automation of accounting services occurs efficiently and accurately, as well as outline reports required by external and internal users to meet fiscal goals.
  • You drive and lead standardization, simplification, and automation of the accounts payable and travel & expense processes.
  • You are responsible for weekly accounts payable payments and manage the year-end process for 1099 reporting.
  • You respond to employee questions related to expense reimbursements, credit cards, or AP policies.
  • You are responsible for procedures that ensure internal control in accordance with COSO.
  • You ensure that all policies are implemented and followed in accordance with the stipulated guidelines. You also propose new policies/programs and/or policy/program changes.
  • You act as system administrator for T&E, AP, and Payroll GL systems.
