Requirements
  • Currently enrolled as a junior in a four-year accredited college or university graduating in 2027; preferred majors include Finance, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, or related fields
  • Successful completion of Finance, Real Estate, or Data Analytics coursework; minimum 3.5 GPA required
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication (written and oral) skills
  • Some real estate, project management or marketing experience preferred
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong technical and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Self-starter who is adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to learn
  • Must be able to work full-time in Chicago for a minimum of 10 weeks during Summer 2026
  • Must have permanent, unrestricted U.S. work authorization (no current or future sponsorship)
Responsibilities
  • Support marketing and brand-building activities across multiple markets
  • Assist with projects tied to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) initiatives
  • Draft and refine processes and procedures in collaboration with subject matter experts
  • Prepare materials for senior leadership and company-wide meetings
  • Maintain and upload documentation on the internal Ventas Connect platform
  • Participate in ad hoc projects, reports, and other assignments that advance team and portfolio objectives
