  • Effectively portray and activate Peloton's culture, values, mission, purpose, and working environment in order to attract external talent
  • Ensure alignment of our EVP across major channels like our career site and LinkedIn, as well as key internal touchpoints such as onboarding and people communications
  • Lead drip-marketing campaigns to candidates via our CRM
  • Partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition leaders, Internal and External Communications, Creative, Localization (our Translation team), and Brand Strategy to develop content and sourcing strategies that help us meet our hiring goals
  • Partner with People Insights and TA Analytics to pressure test and adjust target audiences as needed
  • Develop global and localized marketing campaigns and messaging that promote Peloton as a great place to work to the above audiences
  • Audit our candidate experience from a marketing, communications, and experiential perspective, and build an integrated strategy to make measurable improvements (we measure Candidate NPS) in the short-, medium-, and long-term
  • Partner with Recruiting Analytics to synthesize data from our key recruitment marketing channels to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns and projects. Additionally, you'll work with the same team to improve SEO
  • Facilitate and be a great partner to external contractors or agencies as needed
  • 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition branding or MARCOM-related role
  • Deep understanding of the Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand space, including trends, platforms, content best practices, and community connections
  • Proven ability to develop and implement highly effective and engaging marketing content and campaigns
  • Positive reputation as a collaborator and standout teammate (#togetherwegofar) with the ability to influence multiple team members
  • Deep understanding of how to track and evaluate recruitment marketing campaigns, SEO, and website metrics in order to determine ROI
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout/design skills; must be able to communicate concepts effectively
