Requirements
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in digital design.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, implementation, and scaling of our design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all digital products
  • Work closely with product designers, engineers, and brand teams to create a cohesive visual language that aligns with our brand identity and user experience goals.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and technological advancements to continuously evolve our design systems, making them adaptable to future needs and innovations.
  • Establish and refine UX research practices that provide actionable insights and drive informed design decisions. Ensure research is a key input in all stages of product development.
  • Build and mentor a team of skilled UX researchers who can deliver high-quality, impactful research. Champion the importance of research in understanding customer needs and validating design hypotheses.
  • Collaborate with product management, design, and engineering teams to ensure that research findings are effectively integrated into the design and development processes.
  • Oversee the development of a robust UX writing practice that ensures clear, consistent, and user-centric communication throughout our digital experiences.
  • Partner with designers, product managers, and marketing teams to align content with the overall user experience strategy. Ensure that UX writing supports our brand voice and enhances the user journey.
  • Implement processes and standards for UX writing to maintain a high level of quality, clarity, and consistency across all platforms and products.
