A day in the life.
As our Unit Manager on the Employee Health & Benefits team, you’ll provide leadership and supervision to an Employee Health & Benefits large group account management team, ensuring the retention and development of quality employees. You will guide your team, ensuring client service standards and internal account management processes and reporting requirements are met in an accurate and timely manner. You will execute departmental objectives in alignment with overall business strategies and objectives.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- 7-9 years of group health & welfare plan industry experience and demonstrated relationship management skills.
- Experience leading and managing employee teams
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- MO Life & Health Broker’s License
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation
