  • Deliver future-focused organization designs

  • Develop a strong understanding of key business goals and challenges
  • Give advice, counsel, and coaching to critical stakeholders
  • Support with workforce planning and org design transition project
  • Define the people agenda and priorities for technology, operations, and product function
  • Lead a team of globally distributed People Partners
  • Be an active member of the people team
  • Ensure engagement and communication for the CTO leadership
